Meeting Nancy can make you yawn, in a good way. She is working as a family nurse practitioner in Insomnia Medicine at Northwest Pulmonary and Sleep in Boise, Idaho. She treats those who are on a first name basis with insomnia and in search of a good night's sleep.

Upon graduating from Gonzaga University with a masters in nursing and the College of Idaho with a masters in counseling, Nancy spent 9 years in private practice at Foothills Psychiatry in Boise. It was there she saw how restorative sleep plays the leading role in physical and mental health. Nancy has published numerous articles for professional publications and co-authored her first book for the health practitioner called 40 Cases: Understanding Psychiatric Medications. She is currently working on her second book: Raising a Family of Good Sleepers which will be out in autumn 2011.

An avid conference speaker, Nancy has presented at the 3rd International Nurse Practitioner Conference in Groningen, Netherlands as well as at major advanced practice meetings around the country. She has spoken in every state except Arkansas.

In her free time, Nancy enjoys checking off adventures on her bucket list. This year she crossed off rappelling. She was successful at parleying down a 140 foot cliff in Moab, Utah and a 14 story building in downtown Boise. Ms. Nadolski enjoys white water rafting in Idaho, skiing and hiking the mountain ranges of the Northwest and a quiet and meditative round of golf. Nancy is an active member of the First Presbyterian Church. She is blissfully married to Steve Severn and they enjoy the company of two grown sons, one gorgeous and brilliant grand-daughter and her cats, Lewis and Clark.
